Weight Loss Cavitation

What Is Ultrasonic Cavitation and How Does It Work?

Weight loss is more than a goal these days. That’s why finding the right services that can help you can be tricky.

One treatment that may help you slim down is ultrasonic cavitation. But what is ultrasonic cavitation, exactly, and how does it help you with your weight loss goals?

Put simply, ultrasonic cavitation is a weight-loss treatment that uses low-frequency sound waves to burst fat cells, which may result in lost inches on the treated areas and (ultimately) a slimmer figure. It’s been growing in popularity over the last few years because while traditional liposuction requires surgery to remove fat, this procedure doesn’t.

To keep you informed, we’ve compiled answers to all your most pressing questions about this fantastic treatment below:

During an ultrasonic cavitation weight reduction procedure, a noninvasive machine is used to target specific body areas with low-frequency sound waves (this is what puts the “ultrasonic” in “ultrasonic cavitation”) and, in some cases, a light suction.

This process heats and vibrates the layer of fat cells underneath the skin’s surface. The pressure eventually causes the fat cells to liquefy and release their contents into the bloodstream.

Proponents of the procedure believe that the body is then able to process these fatty acids through its proverbial waste-disposal plant: the lymphatic system.

Absolutely! Patients undergoing the non surgical fat removing treatment of ultrasonic cavitation will experience a most relaxing treatment.

The ultrasound gel is applied to the treatment area which is perhaps the most discomfort that will be experienced. The gel is necessary to protect the skin and acts as a conductor allowing the ultrasound waves to penetrate into the fatty deposits.

The cavitation itself is applied via the treatment head which is massaged over the treatment area. Clients will hear a strange noise from within which is the ultrasound waves bouncing around inside the body.

Clients are measured before and after treatment and most will see an inch loss of 2-4 inches from three measurement points. The cavitation treatment continues to work for up to 72 hours following the lipo treatment. You should leave 3 days between treatments.

The benefits of ultrasonic cavitation are that it can target particular stubborn fatty deposits and is therefore a little more flexible in the treatment areas that can be delivered with fat freezing or laser lipo.

It works particularly well on breaking down cellulite and smoothing the surface area making it an excellent treatment for cellulite.

The results can be seen instantly and after a course of treatments the recorded inch loss will really add up.

You can contour your body the way you want it. It can speed up the process of elimination after a fat freeze.

It is pain free and safe.
