These range from panic attacks, generalised anxiety through to social phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. We are able to deal with issues of adjustment to chronic illness, bereavements or changes to lifestyle.

We help people to deal effectively with work related stress and sleeping problems. We can offer a range of evidence-based (scientifically proven) treatments including cognitive and behavioural therapies, interpersonal therapies, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

We can work with families, as well as individuals. In addition to taking referrals from individuals, we are also open to taking referrals from places that may require psychology within their organisation. For example, workplaces that require an emotional well-being strategy, schools, colleges or older adult and learning disabilities facilities.

We specialise in working with solicitors who work in the field of personal injury and can provide assessments, reports and therapeutic interventions for such clients. We welcome approaches via telephone on 01204 770 600 or email to discuss your requirements in detail.
